Team selected to represent the CSGA in the annual match to be played against WGN & WGI on 19 August 2013 at Camden VAlley Lakeside.
Team
Division One – order of play will be determined by handicap as at 5th August and play in handicap order as at that date
Division Two squad – I have used the word squad as we have a few selections who are now just under the limit of 19 and some who may go under and of course the 18’s could go back out by August 5th. The final team selection will be made at that date and then the team would play off scratch in the actual match.
Secondly, I have attached the conditions if you could pass on to members selected including reserves.
Thirdly, we have an offer from Camden lakeside that we can play in their Sunday Medley comp at a fee of $30 – hit off approx 11.30 – 12.00. They would like to know this by 23rd July so if you could ask any players/caddies who may wish to do this and let me know asap i will book them in. It would be great if any would like to do so.
Fourth – caddies are permitted and encouraged – wherever possible please use a reserve as caddy as it would be good to have our reserves there on the day. Please let me know who will be caddying. This will be a bit more difficult for Division Two girls until after August 5th. Caddies are invited to the lunch as well as the players following on from the match.
Fifth – accommodation for those needing – I have checked out the Narellan Motor Inn – it is very well located in relation to dinner for Sunday night and for access to the golf club Monday – less than 10 minuts. It is modestly priced with standard twin with a double and single bed for $125 and standard double with double bed and two singles at $165. They do have other configurations.
