This 9-hole challenge is a stableford event for new to golf and generally 9-hole players and is played over 3 rounds. This year we had four teams enter: Federal, Murrumbidgee, Royal Canberra and RMC and games were played at Federal, RMC and Royal Canberra.<\/p>\n

Round 3 Result
\n<\/strong>Royal Canberra were winners – congratulations to our new to golf players Lynne Evans, Maggie Bond, Julia Bridgewater and Sue Whigham<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Players this year had fabulous golf conditions, with all enjoying the opportunity to play on different courses and meet fellow golfers. The CSGA encourages all clubs within the District to consider entering a team next year in this event, it is an event established to encourage new to golf players to compete against other clubs.<\/p>\n
