The CSGA Canberra Shield was held for the first time since 2019 at Royal Canberra Golf Course.  The course was in great condition considering the amount of rain Canberra has experienced.  All the players took to the matchplay format in their stride.  The results came down to the last two players left on the course with Queanbeyan winning over Royal Canberra and Belconnen by one point.  It was great to see the camaraderie being displayed and players staying after the game to cheer their teams on.  The CSGA appreciates all the efforts made by the club captains in coordinating these teams and helping to prepare players for the pennant season in the new year.
