Federal Golf Club will host its annual Women’s Open Day on Thursday 12 February 2026, welcoming golfers from across the region for a day of competition, camaraderie, and celebration.
Did you know? Federal Golf Club was founded in 1933, and its original course now lies beneath what is today, Lake Burley Griffin. The club relocated to its current Red Hill site in 1949, where it has grown into one of the ACT’s most iconic golfing venues. Today, Federal as a public course features in the Golf Digest Top 100 Australian Courses to play.
So, register and play on the Santa Ana couch fairways, with bent grass greens set among beautiful bushland surrounds and enjoy its natural beauty and challenging layout. This Open Day offers players a chance to experience the course at its finest and enjoy the warm hospitality of the Federal women’s golfing community.
