Congratulations to all 47 players who represented 12 regional clubs at Golf NSW Women’s Medal Competition CSGA District Final Playoff* at Gold Creek on Thursday 10 November 2024. The weather for golf was fabulous and besides the normal spring issues of swooping magpies, everyone enjoyed the day, and the course was presented in excellent playing condition.
Medal winners are:
Gold (Div 1) Nett – Ariyanti Cooper, (21) 71 – Fairbairn Golf Club
Silver (Div 2) Nett – Kirsty Menzies, (26) 66 – Gold Creek Golf Club, best round of the day
Bronze (Div 3) Nett – Janet Kenyon, (33) 73 – Royal Canberra Golf Club.
They have qualified to play in the NSW Women’s Medal State Final to be held at Stonecutters Ridge Golf Club, Colebee on Wednesday 4 December 2024.
*(Players returning the lowest nett aggregate of three scores at the end of the six medal rounds)
