The Brindabella Shield final was held last Sunday (finally) after rained out matches. The match was between Gold Creek and Moss Vale. The day was very cold, windy and rain once again threatened the days play. This seemed to keep spectators away from watching the match. All players were rugged up and ready to go. Three of the matches went to the 18th hole with one having to go down the 19th hole to decide a winner.
A very tight match and once again the camaraderie was very apparent.
The winning team was Moss Vale. Congratulations to Moss Vale and to Gold Creek ladies who were gracious losers.
