The Bruce Cup final was held at Gold Creek which began with a beautiful Canberra morning for the battle between Federal and Murrumbidgee for this prestigious Cup.   Both teams arrived at Gold Creek pumped and eager to get the matches started.

Following a warm welcome by referee Pauline Jeffreys the number 1s headed out to do battle folloowed by The 2s 3s 4s and 5s.  It was fantastic so see the large contingent of supporters for both teams keeping a respectful distance from the play. All matches were played in the spirit of the game.

Murrumbidgee reversed the match played the previous week to take home the Cup 4 games to 1.  It is interesting to note that three of the matches went to 17th and 18th holes.   A very close tussle indeed.  Congratulations to Murrumbidgee for winning back to back Bruce Cup finals.
