This was a great event in the Highlands with day one at Bowral Golf Club on the Monday and day two at Moss Vale on the Tuesday. Both days had a full field and the weather was absolutely delightful with spring conditions throughout and the sun shining brightly. The courses were in excellent condition with no sign of the wet seasons experienced by both these clubs. It was great to have women from inside and outside the district attending to support these clubs. The clubs welcomed the business and were very accommodating during the event. A big thank you to both women’s committees for their support in running the CSGA event and all the support from women within the CSGA. Events like these cannot be held without our volunteers.
The Overall Winner of the Canberra Cup was Margo Bain from Yowani.
The Nett Winner of the Ansett Diamond Jublee Trophy was Kate Royal from Royal.
